  I have never been treated so poorly as I was at this McDonald's. The window attendant, who was supposedly a manager was extremely sarcastic and rude. Customer service has definitely declined over the years but this was the worst I have encountered in a long time.

  It took them 3 times to get this order right. Dry pickles and cheese only. After receiving my original food, i drove 10 mins back home, then 10 mins back, told them what happened, they were friendly enough fixed the problem supposedly, i checked the burger before i left and it was exactly the same as the first, so i sat it back down on the counter and told them i think i grabbed the wrong order, and they said it was mine, i opened up the box and asked them if it was a joke, and told them for the third time, dry pickles and cheese only, and they finally got it right but didnt even have the courtesy to give me fresh fries as my old ones were on the back the whole time, so now i have cold soggy fries lol

  Thieves! These people take our money and only the reciept has our order right! This is daily! We tried to just over look it for awhile but they did it to us 9 times in 11 visits and never offer compensation when we call!!! We love mcdonalds but this one takes our money and shorts our order EVERY TIME! we may stop mcdonalds all together! Its amazing really! They manager just says im sorry sir and then sits there saying nothing else! CROOKS! Period!

  I would give a lower review if I could because of certain employees there the food is okthe food is okay but I've had better at other McDonald's
