  Palio's has excellent food and they have never disappointed. No matter what I order it is fantastic. However I went into the Hudson Oaks location for lunch recently and was completely ignored by the staff. It wasn't busy. Only a few other customers already eating. No one was at the register. The young lady who WAS behind the counter paid zero attention to me or the other customer who was also waiting. I may have called out to get her attention but she wouldn't have heard me because she had ear buds in her ears which were plugged into her phone sticking out of her back pocket. At one point she came up to the counter for some reason but made sure not to make eye contact or address us. I ended up just walking out. Again, great food, not so great service. I will say The Aledo location is excellent all around. Go there.
